In order to begin hiring kit from us, please complete the new account form so that we have all of your details on our system.

All accounts are subject to a manual approval; a member of the Wild Films team will verify your application as soon as possible.

Account details

Trade reference

Providing a trade reference allows us to assess risk and gives us a more holistic picture of who we're hiring to. For private individuals, please enter your employer as your reference. It may still possible to open an account if you cannot provide a trade reference, however we will need to ask further questions about your hire.

Identity Verification and Insurance Cover

If you have problems uploading your ID, please email this to us separately.

Please note that if your insurance does not cover the value of the equipment you are looking to hire, we will request that you either increase cover with your provider or purchase short term insurance.

If you do not have your own annual insurance policy covering hired-in equipment, you will need to purchase short-term cover. We recommend using Performance Insurance – you can quote and purchase directly online. When selecting dates, please be aware that cover must be inclusive of the delivery and collection dates. We can advise on the insurance values of the equipment you are looking to hire.

If not uploaded above, please be sure to email us a copy of the insurance policy once purchased.
