Choose your wavelength
A range of unique looks are possible with the use of different infrared filters.
Your choice of 715nm, 850nm or Aerochrome filter is included with the full spectrum FX3, or more can be included or hired individually on request.
715nm
The classic infrared look. Passes the very edge of visible light and capable of producing colour infrared images.
Creates milky foliage; often requires heavy post processing and optional channel swapping.
850nm
A thinner wavelength band than 715nm, this lets through no visible light and produces striking black and white images.
Aerochrome
A creative filter, Aerochrome allows select wavelengths from both the visible spectrum and the infrared spectrum to pass, emulating Kodak’s iconic Aerochrome infrared film.
Regular infrared imagery requires significant post-processing and colour grading. This filter produces other-worldly images straight out of camera that can’t be replicated any other way.
No need to channel swap or convert to black and white.

Clip-in
Magnetic clip-in filters sit behind the lens and attach directly over the camera's sensor
Circular
82mm screw-in filters thread onto the front of a lens and are provided with step down rings for all sizes
Cinema
4x5.65" (PV size) infrared filters for use in a matte box may be available on request
